Terms, Conditions and Returns
Upon receiving your order, we ask that you thoroughly inspect and test all products purchased for defects or issues the manufacturer may have potentially overlooked. The Best Vapor offers a 30 day warranty/return on qualifying products only. If your product appears or functions defectively, you have 30 days from the date the package is delivered to contact The Best Vapor customer service for a resolution to the problem. If your product is received and appears to be dead upon arrival or if your item is completely missing from your shipment, you have 7 days to contact The Best Vapor customer service. If you are not satisfied with the product, you have 30 days from the date item was delivered to contact The Best Vapor customer service; there will be a 15% restocking fee to return the item at that time.

If you find you need to return the product, please read the following:
- If you receive a damaged product in your shipment, please take pictures of product, shipping box etc and email them to thebestvaporecig@yahoo.com immediately. After the pictures are sent customer support will contact you about getting the product replaced.

If you received the wrong product please take pictures of the incorrect product and email with your order information to thebestvaporecig@yahoo.com. You do have the option to purchase the product at a 10% discount or ship the product back to us; we will refund shipping and send the correct product out.

When returning product please include all product components such as product packaging, manuals, charging cords, cases, wicks, replacement glass etc. Failure to send all pieces of product back will result in a delay for a resolution to the issue.

Once you have received authorization from a The Best Vapor representative to return the product please be sure to include order number or ticket number in/on the shipping box. Lacking this information can cause delays in processing your package.

Order Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel your order after it has been placed with our system, we ask that you contact us immediately at thebestvaporecig@yahoo.com or call at 813-446-3800. Please note that once your order has been shipped from our facility, we will not be able to authorize your cancellation.
